Refund Policy
How refunds work for digital products such as the Freelance Newbie ebook, which is delivered instantly as a downloadable file.
1. Digital Products
Freelance Newbie is a downloadable PDF sold through Gumroad. Because access to the file is granted immediately after checkout, purchases are generally final once the download has been provided.
2. When an Exception May Apply
Exceptions may be considered for duplicate purchases, or for genuine technical problems that prevent you from accessing or downloading the file. In those cases, please get in touch so the issue can be resolved or the payment reversed.
3. How to Request Help
Email contact@moeez.ca with your Gumroad receipt or the email address used at checkout. Requests are usually answered within a few business days.
4. Payment Processing
Payments and any approved refunds are handled by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record. Gumroad's own terms and policies also apply to your purchase.
5. Services and Client Projects
This policy covers digital products only. Freelance and client engagements are governed by the individual project agreement and the site Terms & Conditions.
